Insurance and Billing
Eagle Eye Surgery & Laser Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

This entire center is outstanding. Everyone there is caring and really concerned with your safety and comfort. Dr. Boerner was very attentive before, during and after the surgery. I just cant say enough good about everyone that works there.

Dr Fishburn and his associates solved my eye pressure problems. Additionally, my wife had surgery and now doesn't wear glasses. WOW...she looks great at her age...really. Ken

I'm very appreciative and grateful for the efficiency, skill and caring of these medical professionals ~ Linda, Leslie, Gail, Chuck and Dr. Tweeten. I can see clearly now ~ the cataract has gone!!! Rejoicing! Also much thanks to the Opthalmic Assistants and Technicians at Intermountain Eye at the Boise Office.

I recently has cataract surgery done at this facility by Dr. Kent. I am impressed with the care, concern and the comfort before, during and after my procedure. My two pre-op nurses (Karen and Nick) were absolutely amazing. In fact, I loved Karen so much during my first surgery, I was disappointed she was off during my second surgery. Nick was there for my second surgery and was every bit as good as Karen. I would definitely recommend Eagle Eye Surgery and Laser Center! I am a tough customer as I am a Registered Nurse and used to work in a surgery center, so it's easy to be critical. Everyone was amazing. Thank you!
